We welcome purchase orders and are happy to extend credit terms of net 30 to accredited public and private schools.

30 days net terms on orders under $500.00, with official authorization.

Orders placed by individuals require payment in advance. Please submit check or credit card number when mailing in your order.

Customer Satisfaction:  
  At MPI, we strive to make your purchasing experience a good one. We stock quality items and take care and pride in our role as a source of products for your classroom or private use. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 15 days and we will pick up that item and replace it with the correct one.
   
Returns or Exchanges:  
  MPI will accept returns of products in saleable condition within 15 days of the ship date (see special terms for open-box software).

Please call MPI before returning items to our warehouse. A return authorization number will be issued to expedite the process of adjusting your account and/or shipping replacement items to you.

   
Special Terms Regarding Software:  
  Defective software is returnable for replacement exchange only. Opened, non-defective software is not returnable.
   
Back Orders:  
  Occasionally, demand may exceed supplies. Please know that we will ship back ordered items as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Back ordered items will be billed separately and receive 30 days terms from the invoice date.
   
In Transit Damage:  
  If damage occurs during transit, it is important to save the original cartons for proof of external damage, and to immediately notify the carrier who delivered the package on the same or next day. Then, call MPI to arrange for replacement items.
